3-4 thus far (so not sore losing) but the signs are there that the lines are getting tight and the book are right on

yeah sorry to muck up your thread, but Tennessee is fuking terrible, over 30 3 pointers attempted by the end of the game, Lofton only one doing anything, goood gawd this team sucks!

not really concerned about the loss more so the fact that these games are very tight to the lines and historically every sport trends this way.....closer to the end of the season you get the harder it is to win money.

Good advise to chew on GJN.

It's this time of the year that drives me nuts.

I.E. You have a game capped and like the under.... never fails the under is coming in and some scrub team playing for its tourney life makes a 12-3 run in the last 1:10 ti tie it up and it goes to overtime..... possibly double OT and the under tanks.

How in the world can you bet on the over and expect OT? Give me a break.

I think the smart play this time of year is to take the points accross the board. Throw the capping out the window..... Hell don't even look at the lines.. Just take the point and you probably cash about 60% of the time.

Just some more fat to chew on.

I did have Fullerton -2.5 & LSU +3 for OT winners, but I agree about the books being correct. I'm still up money for the week, but coming off a terrible day.

IMO, Instead of looking at gaves and seeing which favorite will most likely cover, you have to look at the other side of the line, and pick the best underdogs, especially is your bookie juices lines a half point like mine does.

30 games went over the closing posted totals yesterday..

teams w/ nothing to do but close out their season playing jailbreak and tuff and hitting key shots and crucial free throws.

Dogs had a decent day w/around 22 or so collecting wins straightup or a cover.

Tired legs today..even less "D"..:shrug:

could be..St. Louis..Baylor...Wake Forest and Ill. and Lou. pushed and pulled and outright gutted their way to wins yesterday..

Will be very interesting to see if those teams who rested up and watched yesterday are ready to send the small doggies today packing ..
