To be fair, Detroit's population is approximately 3 times as large as Windsor's. However, despite the small distance separating them (the Detroit river), the two cities couldn't be any more different. For starters, the murder rate!

Maybe, just maybe, the lack of access to both legal and illegal guns/arsenal in Windsor MAY have something to do with this disparity???
