in capping games and totals look at todays numbers so far.in big 12-kansas game had a total of 33 fouls and 25 foul shots .in mizz game for 1st half they were 16 fouls and 10 foul shots.wake game 47 fouls and 58 shots.ist half unc 26 fouls and 35 fouls shots in 1st half alone.these refs are calling too many fouls.let them play.in baseball gsp and others cap totals according to ump.maybe we should do it in hoops with refs.
