Saw a piece in this month's Cigar Aficianado on this guy. Anyone know of him, about him, etc? Not looking for his picks or a service at ALL - - - but anytime someone is touted in a national publication as "all that" - - I like to know wassup......anyone? :shrug:

I was actually looking for info from a community of people that do this day in and day out - - - and to exchange information - - which I thought what this forum was for. information or promotion on er' pro handicappers (pay touts) should be taken elsewhere if you like...has always been madjacksports policy.

Nope - no clue who Dr Rays is - - obviously you have me confused with someone else. Am sure you have my email, IP, etc so feel free to validate if you would like. I AM in fact a tout - a very successful tout - - never EVER used these boards to promote - - but I didnt think that asking for info on a guy that made a national publication and is making claims to be another Billy Waters - - was out of line. Promotion, touting, etc is one thing - but enchanging information on an article that has national exposure in the space of handicapping - - is another thing entirely. Think you are mis-guided as an admin "champ" - but hey, its not my site. You guys do as you wish - -
And if the article was on Danny Sheridan, Billy Walters, Sonny Davis, Bob Martin, or Mike Roxbourough - - would that also be moved to the mini-dumpster?? All major players in the handicapping space and all accept payment in one form or another for information......just curious as to where that line is drawn on this board. Thanks....
