I zoomed in on my address, but my house isn't there... I built the house nearly three years ago, and got nothing... The treeline that is my property line is there, but no house.

Have zoom set to about 1/4 way up the scale from the bottom (in other words, so you are looking fairly distantly at the earth).
Switch it to either Satellite or Hybrid mode.
Now scroll over to Japan. What is that in the water? A giant underwater fist??
