this is either an incredibly easy question for someone to answer.

....or maybe theres not a way to do it.

but if you have a picture and you want to find out the exact shade/6-digit code of a certain color in the picture, how do you do it?

im trying to match up a color with one of the colors in the picure and the trial/error thing just isnt working.

i gotta think theres a way where you click on that part of the image and the exact shade/6-digit code is identified.

anyone have any clue?

I'll see if this helps.

I know if I open a picture in Photoshop, I have a sidebar on the side with choices. One of the choices lets me choose between Navigator or Info. When I select Info and glide the cursor over the picture, it shows the RGB or CYMK color codes in a chart for whatever the cursor is on. :)
