They really are not talking anything but would have to think with the deficit it will be an open air stadium. Yeah the Vikes could leave I guess but from what I heard the legislation is really going to go after it., IF the state of Minnesota reject it then so be it.

The business men want the stadium down town. There is no room there.. No tailgating, terrible parking.

Build in the burbs with a lot around the stadium.. It will see out every time. I personally hate going to the dome but if they did this I would buy season ticks immediately
