the land of confusion
Yeah Bomber, my Roos continue to come back from the dead. 17 points down at the 20 minute mark of the last quarter....then they reel off 4 goals to win by 7!!

I only listened to it on the radio but I was going '"ape-shit" during the last 5 minutes. The neighbours must have thought I was killing someone!! :mj07:

let's hope Sydney show the same spirit tonight. By the way Bomber...does it look like raining up there tonight???

Congrats to all of us on Sydney! Can't believe they came back and stole the win as it looked well out of reach for most of the game. Very even comp this year as we expected.
Record: 3-2

Gold Coast Australia
Geez talk about a day of comebacks ....

Collingwood come back from 4 goals down
Kangaroos come back from 3 goals down
West Coast come back from 4 goals down
Sydney come back from 5 goals down

2-1 for the weekend so far - fortunately the 2 unit plays were the winners.

With the Highest Score market will need the Wstn Bulldogs to beat 128 points - will be tough but is quite possible if the game goes the way I expect it to.

Adding one play for tomorrow:

Port Adelaide -17.5 vs Adelaide (1 unit)

Bomber - we should catch up sometime and go to one of the Lions matches - I work for their major sponsor so can generally get hold of tickets through work.

Cartman, it would be good to catch up and head in for a lions game one weekend. Do you have every weekend off work? We'll have to get something squared away there. Yep, big weekend of comebacks thus far. Hoping the dons aren't playing from behind at any stage today with Lloydy back in the line up.

Christo, What did you think of the mark richo was paid after he got past grant and elbowed the other doggy defender in the back of the head? The commentary team suggested that grant shepparded him off the ball but I disagree. Could have been the difference in the end but I guess that's part of football. Hooray, the dons get a win!! Might be the last won in a while so I'd better savour it while I can.

Bulldogs - Richmond
I like Bulldogs in this game but something tells me this could be one of those games where they kick inaccurately like 7.22 and blow what should be a win.

(Nice weekend, too buddy)

bomber, it was clearly a free kick...(2 really, 'cause he dragged Grant back to get to Rawlings in the first place), but can't blame the umpires for that debarkle.
How to take about 7 huge steps backwards in one easy week.
