Thanks for the link, Eddie. I'm always on the look-out for new music like this. Hadn't heard of this group before you posted. Personally, I loved the sound...very derivative of Arcade Fire (who I also enjoy immensely). Will be looking deeper into their albums, now.

Never heard of this band, but I liked that song.

Big fan of The Black Keys, when I'm feelin' a bluesy vibe. Two men with lots of funky, rockin' soul. Still like the ol' Thickfreakedness album the best. Their newest album that Danger Mouse produced is good, as well.

I first heard this song on the radio here in Cincinnati (great station by the way, WNKU 89.7) and will be seeing ATE live on August 5, 2009. First concert in quite awhile and am looking forward to it. Will have to get out the bong and "Fuck Nixon" tee shirt.
Matt, I've heard that song before and really like it. I didn't know the group, thanks for the link. Gary, that was okay. Too many "ewe, ewe"'s. TBall, the weezer video was funny as hell. I like that group too.

that song was even worse than that horrible montage smurphy posted one night when he was drunk. atrocious.
I bet you would have liked the version done by Conway Twitty and Dolly Partin. Once I find a you tube version, I'll post it for ya 65.

Now how can a rural rube such as yourself hate country music. Driving south on 75, once i get out of range of Cincinnati radio stations all I hear is country music and all I see are Baptist churches until i get to the Florida line.
