Akron at Duquesne

In what I may call a bit of a homer play, I'm going a unit on the Zips tonight +3. I like the fact that the Zips can run no less than 12 guys in and out with little or no loss of talent on the floor at any time. I feel this advantage is greatly magnified by a couple of injuries that have left the Dukes thin in the front court. Dambrot, while still searching for his best rotations, is fortunate to be able to play any style of ball at any time as needed. He can go big inside, or go to the three guard offense to shoot over the zone. He also has a couple more shooters this year that can drill the 3 when left open. Lately Dambrot has been tinkering with 5'5''' Mario Collins at the point and moving Joyce over to the shooting guard which I think is more suited for him, look for freshman Bubba Walther to also get a lot of minutes at the 2 spot.

If the Zips can get the 3 ball to drop tonight, I like them in this spot.

This game will be televised on Fox sports ohio tonight for those who have access to it.

bombs away for the zips! great call spang. zips hit duquesne with some bigtime runs tonight. wow. i know its duquesne, but zips did a lot of good things in this one. very encouraging.

The ultimate rarity, hell most of my wins are just blind luck, but I actually had this one analyzed correctly. The Zips set a team record for made 3's with 16 or 17 tonight. Dambrot is making some nice half time adjustments and the Zips always seem to have fresh legs on the floor.

Thanks "Chalk" Glad you were on them. and I would keep an eye on the Zips for 2nd half wagers in the future.

Haven't devoted any time on the hoops yet, popped in for a peek, and saw your post. I know you know the Zips well so I went along for the ride. Thanks!! Also played cg's 1h on Illinois. I like college hoops. I don't have to do any work, just follow the winners. That way I can collect my money on your winners, and then just cuss you out when they lose :moon:
