Yes it does, hence the huge spike in mega-storms in the past twenty years. The shrinking of the polar ice cap, obvious rise in temperatures among other things. Have you noticed that there are a lot of disasters poking at the Gulf in the areas surrounding Houston? Many more than in past years? You think maybe God is looking for someone that lives in the area? Oh forgive me, I forgot, you aren't a believer in Christianity anymore now that you worship Romney. Living on the coastline I can tell you that climate change is a real deal. The amount and size of storms the last decade is like nothing this area has ever seen.

I'm not an expert but I live about 2 hours from The coldest place in the main US, Ely MN. Our hot summers and mild winters over the past 10 years are unprecedented! The weather around the entire country has been crazy for some time.
