he or his offensive co-ordinator is a fool.should be something to see him try and stay in upper tier of conference when miami,vt and bc start playing conference games.can't beat up on duke and unc and other weak teams each year.
I like going for it, but on 4th and 1 that was a terrible call. I hate long developing plays like that when you only need a yard.
And UVA had that easy drop in end zone... and that kickoff return if he hadn't tripped he could've walked into the endzone (ended up getting zero points that possession due to failed 4th down conversion).
And Pitt still trying to run the ball... they made large gains every time they pass! And Fitz has 7" on the corner covering him, the strongest hands in NCAA, and a huge vertical leap.... why don't they throw it to him every down??

need va to kick field goal.maybe overtime will get us over.that fourth and one call was terrible.3 va players could have blocked defender and we get td.

I think our best bet rather than root for OT (which is always good when you're on the OVER), is for UVA to score a TD early 4Q... that will make Pitt pick up the offense and PASS the ball.
I am leary of Pitt scoring a TD and failing on 2-pt conversion though... could make it a pt or two shy of the total depending on what else happens...
Miller is a good tight-end and has size, but throwing a jumpball to him?! The guy couldn't jump over a nickel.

i got up late this morning...i was gonna bet the over myself...dumb luck....
you guys should have covered this easily....every rotten break imaginable here(at least from the part that i`ve seen).....
i know it`s no consolation,but,looks to me like the capping of the total was solid....even though both of these clubs seem to be running nebraska-like offenses in the second half.....
one of those odd-ball games......just a conglomeration of bad breaks and stupid plays....
