Dominque Sharpton is suing NYC for injury to her ankle from stepping on a sidewalk crack in Soho last year.
Only problem is Ms Sharpton posted a picture of her mountain climbing experience in Bali.
Picture was posted after the alleged Soho injury.
Perhaps Dominque wants to get the 5 million to pay Rev's 4.5 tax bill.

Well, now, lowell: She'll have to prove her case, won't she? And the defendant(s) will have the opportunity to rebut her claims, wont they?

If she doesn't prove it, she gets nothing.

And if she proves it, then a jury or arbiter will decide on the damages if any.

That's the way our judicial system works.
