Rumors are swirling about what the Tide's coach did a few weeks back on a golfing outing in Florida. The university nor the coach have addressed the media which makes me think it might not be a rumor. I don't know much, but this is what is being said. Something about a strip club, two hookers, a lost or stolen university credit card. Not much has been going right for the Criminal Tahd!

Mabeye not a rumor anymore for the bammers. All alabama news stations lead with the story. Coach Price getting drunk and his credit card ending up with a hooker. At least the Tide former coaches aren't strangers to these types of allegations: Dubose, Bear, Frannie, and now Price

Decision has been made by the UA Board of Trustees.

Price was so hungover he missed his tee time. While on the course, a marshal brought him a cell phone, on the other end of which was an Athletic Department representative. Several stores had called for Price at the Athletic Department to verify that a young woman was using his card. The Department, thinking that something had happened to Price, was frantically trying to find him.

According to "witnesses" in his foursome, Price said "It's Ok, I gave it to her." Price flew back to Tuscaloosa that night and offered to pay the charges and tried to put a lid on it but the cat was out of the bag.

Intermissions and Artey's Angels were the two clubs involved the night before.

Whether Price actually did anything wrong or not, he's out. No decisions on the current coaching staff, ie., his sons.

Because Price has not signed his contract nor were the terms agreed upon, and because the legal viewpoint of the University appears to be that there was only an agreement to try and reach a mutually agreeable contract, the University may not be obligated financially, ie., severance.

What a train wreck this has turned out to be.....
