Alabama/Notre Dame Thoughts

This line has gone to Alabama +2 at Pinny and BetJ. Line opened as a PK at Pinny and Alabama was -2.5 at BJ late last night! Nobody for Alabama appears to be injured. Have gone to all the websites, read the game day notes, etc. Neither team has played tough competition this year ('Bama beat Xavier in St. Thomas and ND beat Maryland in Washington, DC). This is 'Bama's first true road game of the year. I'm going to the game and usually don't bet Alabama (bet with your head not your heart)... but the #4/5 team in the nation getting points against an unranked opponent? Seems fishy :shrug: :shrug:

Steele is not 100 percent that is why the line is fishy. I dont think he will play over 25 minutes and that could hurt bc the two games he missed we had offensive problems. With that said I love Alabama in this spot. Revenge factor from last year with Falls shooting the lights out in our gym. Were alot more athletic and Davidson and Hendrix should be dominate tonite. Also i look at Notre Dame just coming off a big win at Maryland. Good luck

Hey Guys....i can not break this game from an analyical standpoint....but technically speaking i offer the fact that ND is just 15-26-3 ATS as home favorites the last four+ years.

For a couple of seasons, i have been playing against the Irish at home as a favorite and on them on the road as an underdog..... believe they're something ridiculous like 18-5-2 ATS in that road dog situation lately including the win over the Terps on Sunday.....been making bucks just following that simple history.....off to a god start with the cover vs Terps, time to play against them now at home...we'll see how it goes.

I love the unranked home favorite vs ranked foe system as much as the next guy.....but i am making an exception tonight!!
