Check out the Sagarin ratings on these teams. And as bad as Temple is, think about Ball St hanging within 9 of BGSU. I have no idea how many dozen players Ball St had suspended for that game, but they only won 40-31. I'm willing to overlook the Boise game, but the Ball St game was at home.
