All in one Instant Messanger program?

What program is it they have now for Windows where it allows you to log on to one IM program but be logged into AOL, Yahoo, ICQ etc. I saw something about it on Tech Tv the other day but of course forgot to write it down.

If interested, the program is called Trillian and seems to be a good ap if you use more than one IM program.
