Very good documentary, talks about everything poker related. Has Nolan in it as well as many other popular poker players and celebs. Very cool documentary, caught it on showtime.

but as per my experience even tho it's called poker i really do not see any game where their are FIVE community cards on the board where if 5 people are in hand with whatever A 5 -K q -J 10 etc... and the board comes up 10 J q K A every one wins !

In addition to this holdem game bingo playing poker i dont care what your two hole cards are you can hold AA KK QQ JJ 10 10 every hand your in
and someone holds A 5 or an ugly rag Q 8 off suit and bury you because your hand cards get waxed on the flop with 7 of hearts 10 of hearts J of hearts yes 10 - 10 makes trips but he aint got no hearts same with AA KK JJ turn card comes 9 clubs Q 8 has nut straight river comes 2 of herats Q hearts hits the flush also!

Every fucking time I have Ace spades Ace diamonds someone raises me and I go all in and they call and they have 5 clubs 2 hearts. The Flop is King diamonds, Queen diamonds, Jack diamonds. The turn is 2 spades and the river is 2 clubs. And I mean every fucking time. Literally.

FYI - In New Jersey and Tennessee it is called Texas Hold Em

I agree with Scrappy here somewhat. I miss the variety of the old neighborhood poker games. Dealers choice. We played Lucky Pierre, 5 stud, 7/27, Midnight Baseball, Chase the Queen, Macintosh, Across the Hall (guillotene style) to name a few. And at some point the old Acey Ducey would break out.
Now it's Hold Em all night long. Maybe a little Omaha. I think Hold Em is extremely pensive, calling for strategy, quick math, timely bluffing, but I like to play a variety of poker games over the course of a seven hour game.
