Tonight all sportbooks are going to make tons of money, millions of dollars in florida .
line is moving fast, so i guess is just what books want, they want people to bet florida in a panic shop way, so i think they?ll get one of the most profitable nights of the year.

Oklahoma all the way , but hey, that?s just my opinion.

DON'T WAIT TOO LONG NINO. I THINK 6 IS A GOOD NUMBER, BUT IF YOU REALLY NEED 7 I WOULD JUST GO AHEAD AND BUY THE POINT.

GOOD LUCK MY MAN.

line will hit 6.5 by game time! Setting up a great middle for me and the sharps. Got Florida -2.5 and will take Okl +7.

NOW THAT IS A FUCKING MIDDLE!

watch out for the blow out

I could see things getting away from OU just like the did with Ohio State. On such a big stage if Florida gets up by 2 TD's, things will get emotional for these young kids. But I am so far up Florida ass its ridiculous.

Just posted in my thread about betting OKL on ML. Never thought I'd get this much juice. Unreal.

this game is beginning to become malodorous......the books usually save the best for last....

this goes to 7,i may just off my florida wager and hope for a middle....

i don`t like this one sided opinion stuff one bit...

one thing to consider...we`ve seen some pretty solid teams play flat in the bowls....yes,i know what`s at stake here.....but the long layoff may not affect everyone in a similar manner...

i really don`t like the fact that oklahoma`s being given short shrift here...it`s as though they don`t belong on the field with florida, which is b.s.,imo...they`re a solid team....

it scares me to think that we might see the a pre-mississippi florida team... they might be stale...

throughout the year,i think that oklahoma was more consistent than florida(due to their slow start)....

i`m perplexed by this line movement:mj03:

GW -- I'm pretty much with everything you said. As someone who hopped on Florida about 3 weeks ago, jumping off the number might be hard to pass up if it hits the all important 7.

Only thing I disagree with is seeing the pre-Mississipi version of Florida, I just have too much faith in Meyer to let that happen, but I guess we'll find out tonight.

OU could very well win this game, and if the line opened at 6, my lean might have gone another way. As a bettor and a fan, I'm pretty excited to see how this plays out.

All the services were on the Giants in the Super Bowl last year.

Good point, and being the final game of the year, this is going to get a ton of action "just because." Not saying the line swing is a reaction to it, but this game is going to see a significantly greater handle than your regular games.

kikin I think you are on the right side on this game

I have just Tz Oklahoma +12.5 with Baltimore +9 I really think this is a lot of points for both Florida and the Titans to cover

good luck

Between Green Bay and Iowa City
Columnist Dave Berry:

This is a difficult time for many of us in Miami, because tonight the University of Florida Fighting Alligators play the University of Oklahoma or Arkansas or Some Other Manure-Intensive State "Boomer Sooners" here for the title of Undisputed National College Football Champions Unless You Consider Utah, USC and Texas.

You'd think we Miamians would be rooting for the Gators, since we live in the same state. But we don't really live in the same state; we don't really even live in the same country. Also, those of us who root for the University of Miami (lifetime record against the Gators, 28-26) are not fond of Gator fans, who tend to be loudmouth yahoos somewhat overbearing; whereas we Hurricanes fans, win or lose, are paragons of class, humility and sportsmanship. http://lifeboat.com/images/unconference.riot.jpg We are not crazy about the idea of spending the next year listening to Gator fans go, quote, "Woo."

But this is not a time for small-mindedness.This is a time for setting aside our grudges, swallowing our pride, and saying to the men and women and various other primates of Gator Nation: A hearty, and heartfelt, good luck. http://www.jacksonville.com/files/u7131/met_1GatorProcessing010609.jpg

i totally agree with the big game coaching aspect of the game,b.man........hard to go against meyer vs stoops....

i`ll probably stand pat....but i`m not nearly as confident as i was before i made my -3 wager(despite o.u.`s injury woes)....

can`t say i`ve anticipated a national champioship match-up this much in quite a long time...even more so than texas/usc...
