First off they didn?t push him down..... they shoved him and he did a nice little soap opera job falling back.... this bozo was an antifa agitator... I don?t care how old you are..... if the fuckng cops tell you to move and you don?t move... they will move you....

Seriously?

Most senior citizens of that age dont have the greatest agility. Next time you're at a rally, give one a hard blow to the chest, and see how he/she tumbles like dice.

You guys have a hard time understanding that if a cop tells you to do something, you fucking do it..... if you resist arrest... your going to get your ass beat.... if you run from the cops, your going to get your ass beat.... sounds like all the sudden you guys have a problem with that..... it?s like you guys want the police to get there and have a Rosey conversation....

If we resist arrest you should just let us go.... don?t fight back with us..... if we run from you... just run along side of us and try and help us understand..... but don?t tackle me and shove my head into the ground.... I was just trying to run from you after I robbed the corner store... fuck the police anyways... why are you even here on the streets? We don?t Want the police.....

Yeah, not sure what world you live in, but a police officer's primary function is to UPHOLD the law. They are NOT the law unto themselves. We don't live in a world with Judge Dredd. So even their use of force has to fall within the parameters of what is considered legal. In this particular case, I'm fairly certain that pushing someone causing injury is considered a battery. Look up the definition of battery. There is no way that they can justify this action as being lawful. Period.

The ass-beatings that you're referring to were only ever acceptable and understood because of the "code of silence," the "thin blue line," and the power of these police unions. It doesn't mean that what they were doing was not against the law. You try committing the same acts on some citizens and see what happens to you. If nothing else, hopefully, these protests can bring about long overdue police reform and accountability.

Peace! :)

anyone who watches that video should be able to see an old man fall because of the officers pushing him.

We old folk have balance issues to begin with..

That is why when we see our doctors they ask any falls lately.

That fall was the result of an over aggressive cop not exercising restraint around the elderly.

Yup and all you hear is....

?Blood was flowing from his ears?.... ya okay....

?We had to blur it out because blood was gushing from both sides of his head? ya okay ....

Ya can always tell how fake something is based upon how it gets described after it happened....

It would be too to and two much for most you to even think that bozos like this are in the crowd paid by the Clinton?s.... the soros..... the bezzos..... the gates.... the Winfrey?s s... the zuckershits.... to act a certain way..... I know there?s cameras everywhere at these protests..... a camera just happened to be focused on this poor old man a few feet away right before all of this occurred? Oh and just in case there?s a camera also across the street that happened to be focused on this man right before it happened...... please.... what better soap opera than to have an old man walk towards riot police when they?re there and their yelling at you to back up.... it?s amazing only him the camera a few feet away from him and the camera across the street coincidentally focused in on the situation we?re and were the only ones around..... haha okay

Martin Gugino: 75-year-old Buffalo protester has a fractured skull and cannot walk

By Jacqueline Rose and Eric Levenson, CNN 1 hr ago

Martin Gugino, the 75-year-old protester who was pushed by two Buffalo, New York, police officers earlier this month, has a fractured skull and is not able to walk, his lawyer said in a statement provided to CNN on Monday.

"I am not at liberty to elaborate at this time other than to confirm that his skull was fractured," Gugino's attorney Kelly Zarcone said. "While he is not able to walk yet, we were able to have a short conversation before he became too tired. He is appreciative of all of the concern about him but he is still focused on the issues rather than himself."

CNN has not been able to speak with Gugino directly, but in her press statement, Zarcone passed along a message from him: "I think it's very unnecessary to focus on me. There are plenty of other things to think about besides me."

Gugino is focused on getting better and he remains in rehabilitation, Zarcone told CNN on Tuesday.

"Barring something unusual and unforeseen, I don't expect much change at all this week," she said.

Gugino was injured when two police officers shoved him backwards during a protest against racism and police brutality on June 4. Video of the incident shows that he fell to the sidewalk and his head began bleeding as other officers walked by him.

Officers Aaron Torgalski, 39, and Robert McCabe, 32, each pleaded not guilty to second-degree assault and have been released on their own recognizance without bail.

Based on the initial video, police issued a statement that said Gugino tripped and fell, Buffalo Police spokesman Mike DeGeorge told CNN. Police later amended that statement and suspended the officers without pay and opened an investigation.

After video of the incident spread widely -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo said it was "wholly unjustified and utterly disgraceful" -- Gugino became the focus of a conspiracy theory pushed by One America News Network and President Donald Trump that suggested the 75-year-old was an "ANTIFA provocateur" and that his serious injury "could be a set up."
