Alleged Washington State Killer Arrested and He Is Muslim Immigrant

20 yr old non citizen from Turkey has been arrested for killings. One of the victims was a 16 year old girl who was cancer survivor.
I have no idea why the initial report said shooter was Hispanic. He looks Muslim to me.
I also cannot understand why he was able to get a gun with his criminal history and having a weapons charge already on his record.
According to the news report perp has Internet posting that he is voting for Hilliary. For the record the thug is not a citizen and is ineligible to vote.

Now, an even bigger question that I have is this: How is it possible that the Washington State killer, who had just killed five people, and this other gentleman who had killed and was actually eating his victim's face were arrested ALIVE with not one shot fired at them, while a dude whose car broke down, a guy reading a book in his car, another running away in fear and another who actually called 911 for help all ended up dead?!! I could go on with countless examples, but it would just be redundant, and still leaves the question unanswered. Hmmmmmm....

From the FBI site in November 2015 there are 71 people on Most Wanted List for murder.
51 are consider White however when you see their mugshots and read about their history you find only 11 percent are White European Caucasians.
Anyway you look at it 13 percent of our population commits about 50 percent of all crime.
Another interesting fact is only about 7 percent of all crime committed by Whites is targeted towards Blacks.
When you reverse it the number goes up almost ten times.

Also, you stated 13% of the population commit 50% of the crime which is not true. What is true is that 13% of the population is black and targeted by police at 5x the rate of all other nationalities.
