:(

I called up my bookie telling him Ralph, do you honestly think I am going to pay you? He went silent, then I laughed so hard. I told him not to worry tomorrow he will get his $10 bills. He didn't say much, I think he is thinking that I am not going to pay him!!!

LMFAO

Get em tomorrow guys!

I am glad you are keeping a positive attitude, friend. This was a bad day but the best thing to do is to take something positive out of this and not make gigantic bets that put your bankroll at stake in the future. During the 1998 football season I did the same thing. I was on fire playing my top plays and then one weekend I thought I had two easy winners and I lost about $4500 on each. Basically it killed almost all my winnings for the season. Since then I have put a pretty strict cap on the percentage of bankroll that I will wager on any single play. Obviously you are a sharp handicapper so you will make it back eventually, but just be patient and don't push trying to make it back right away.

You are solid as a rock.

Just get that Ralph guy next time.

I'm shure its not fun but you are a very positive guy and in that sense i have learn a lesson from you tonight. Too many times i will let a defeat affect me really bad(and people around me) and i'm not even talking about 40 units.
People whit your mental strenght thru adversity are ;)

Thanks to all of you guys for the heart warming responses. Let me state a couple of things first. One, it didn't really bother me that I lost the money, it bothers me that i lost the $ to RALPH who is my local, I despise him  Realy though, the only thing that hurts is the fact that I put so much time throughout the year into capping and from 144 units down to 23 units is a big drop. So financially I am okay, its the hard work and countless hours that I put into my selections that bothers me really. I thought I was invincible but as Nick stated above, sometimes we need a reality check to realize what is happening.

I honestly put in about 2 hours of capping towards this game and after seeing most of it I can honestly say I was robbed. But that is the name of the game and it looks like the big FAVS have been falling these last 2 days. Finally, I want to apoligize to those individuals who followed my pick today. It was poor $ management and I blame no one but myself.

Again, I will come back and this will not thwart my efforts at helping others put some cash in their pockets. I am here to beat the man and WE SHALL BEAT THE MAN.

Regards

Anthony

Also, just wanted to thank Chris for his comforting phone call, he made sure I was okay, from kind words we ended up talking about heading to Niagra Falls on Saturday night to see some poon tang pie.

HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?

And at the request of my bookie, he wanted me to say this for hi

" Anthony, since I got you today I think you should give yourself the finger"

So here I go to myself:thefinger
