Finished 2nd paid 4.40 to place and 3.40 to show.

Not a bad race around 2 turns...

do you bet place and show on a horse you like?

It depends on the odds and the horse. i usually bet across the board if i like a horse. If the odds are low i might bet just win and place and if they are high i bet across the board..

Finished 7th friday nite-nothing at all to write about that race.

I guess i forgot to mention the other horses we had running this weekend.

Fri nite we finished 7th with 2 horses

sat nite we finished 2nd

Sun nite we also finished 2nd

5 horses ran this weekend and we had three 2nds and two 7ths.

Would love to to claim some more horses Dogs and i look every day at the Form but i have to get rid of these 2 horses first before i start claiming another one. Remember we claimed one last year ran him once and had to retire him so we lost our assssss on that claim. Ive seen several nice fillies to claim in the past 2 weeks and everyone of them won there race that i was looking at.
