Giants have been very good on the road.Talented Jonathan Sanchez (3.21 ERA starting fer Giants.
Giants are 11-3 in their last 14 road games vs. a left-handed starter.
Giants lost yest. Lannan puts lotsa guys on base...maybe cuz he's lonely out on the mound.Had his worst start of the season last out a situation i like to follow up on. I' not making this a dime play and don't like the line drop but more pluses for Giants than Nats in my opinion.

Masterson has been solid so for this season, he has however had problems with da Tigers throughout his career. Masterson is 0-2 with a 7.88 ERA and 1.875 WHIP in three career starts against Detroit, with the Indians losing all three games. The Tigers are 28-19 when playing with double revenge - 2 straight losses against opponent over the last 2 seasons. The Tigers are 14-6 in their last 20 games after losing the first 2 games of a series.
