This is not his first Hot UA... if you are using PED's i have NO sympathy. If you are smoking trees or do lines of coke... different story. But he was out large part of LY due to this matter... the press release says RE_APPEARANCE>... you obviously are local and a fan so have more data than I have... but if you throw down a hot UA for PED's.... it should be automatic...

He took a dr ordered medication when he was sick a few years ago
The medication had some sort of "banned substance"
The ncaa suspended him
The ncaa agreeded that he took it unknowingly
But...tey kept suspension in tact for 21 games last year until is disappeared from his system
They agreed that in the future this could show as trace amounts in his system
Fast fwd 1 year and guess what?
Trace amounts showed in his system last month
And per the ua medical staff the trace amounts equal 6 grains of sand in 10 Olympic sized pools.
Guess it's a matter of perception; but he doesn't look or smell like a serial PED violator.

You know it is so much how it is framed... THis is a very busy time of year for me so I have not been able to read the details of the case.... Outside in looks like a multilple hot tests for banned substance.... Will give benefit of doubt. Everything i have heard is that he is a good kid.....
How could substance reappear? i.e. laid dormant? like herpes?

Not a dr. But something about the type of substance/medication and fatty cells and chance for it showing up in the future was possible.

If he really re-took this stuff again the levels on a test would have been substantially higher
The ncaa is the worst run and most comical org out there. My guess is they never hear an appeal and trier leaves for the pro ranks in 45 days so they never have to address the issue.
