I've never quite understood why people ask for others to be banned. If you dont like the person dont interact with them or post with them and sure as hell dont have a challenge with them.

I like you Penguin and I like your posts, just on the opposite side of this one.

Finally, I think running to Jack was extremely silly.

If everyone that didnt get along with someone had a winner stays loser leaves "death match", Jack's membership, page views, and everything that makes Jack able to sell ads go down.

Just my .02.

I will miss The Boys and appreciated his dry sense of humor, at times. Also, I enjoy any one that gets FDC and XYY to put some thoughts into their rebuttals, which I also enjoy reading.

My assumption is that he's got very little in his real life that provides joy, or a feeling of satisfaction- thus the need for "internet forum victories". Kind of sad really.

Normally, I would agree with you. Maybe, I am wrong here---I don't know. TheBoys is just someone who constantly talked down to people and had to tell them how much better than them he is or how he had so much more money than them, etc.... It wasn't just his internet persona, he was too good at it for it to be an act. It was not as easy as steering clear of him or putting him on ignore. He was in every thread bragging about something and when someone quotes him you can see it regardless of the ignore feature.

I appreciate that and understand where you are coming from. I'm not convinced I'm happy with everything I allowed to happen and would pretty much rather forget it ever happened.

Finally, I think running to Jack was extremely silly.

Again, I understand where you are coming from and certainly wish I hadn't had to do that. Given the situation, what option did I have other than letting it go? Sure, letting it go was an option, but don't forget after the contest was over he was telling me how things were going to be handled and what he would and would not agree to. Had he been civil about it I am certain I could have been also but he chose to take a shit all over our agreement and then rub my nose in it. Would you sit for that?

Once more, I understand your point of view and at this point I wish none of it ever happened.

Penguin,

One last post about this and then I agree just let it go away.

Your post about TheBoys arrogance and how he believes he has more money then everyone and is better then everyone. I always like to quote my Grandpa about this issue

"If one has to blow their own smoke their isnt a sufficent fire to satisfy them."
