CLEEEEAR!!

The site I use shows 64% on the Steelers ATS and 63% on the Steelers Money Line.

Over 59% Under 41% which is typical for any Prime Time Game.

its all about the money.

not sites with betting %'s.

"We're seeing 60% of the tickets on the Steelers but sharp money was on the Ravens moneyline at -130."

Ravens wont score more than 14 points doubtthey get much in the 1st half at all the Steelers got playmakers in Bell and Brown they are outmatched in talent, ravens uncertainty at running back and Flacco sucks til 2nd,half of every game..too many people betting just to bet, theres no way my money would be wagered on the Ravens after what they showed week 1, this team has issues..maybe people r fading steelers cuz their 2nd half vs Cleve..who knows why there are so many bettors, also thise numbers vary from shop to shop as far as public plays etc the public always bets home favs on primetime so im doubting whichever sitea figures say otherwise..good luck all

62 pass attempts by Flacco LW against a very good "D" in Cincy? Oh my! :142smilie

If Pittsburgh has a big night, it will be by Bell and Marcus Wheaton. Look for Brown to get open a few times vs Ravens secondary ala AJ Green.

It just shocks me how often people are clueless about the team the public is actually backing. For example, two-thirds of people on Yahoo (I cannot imagine a more Joe Six-pack crowd) picked the Steelers to win this game straight up as a road dog, and you have people thinking that the public is on the Ravens. Not to mention every single betting consensus number I saw showed the public betting on the Steelers. Seriously, folks, just because you see that people on a handicapping site are betting on something, that doesn't mean the public is. I like to think the majority of us posting our picks here are just a tad sharper than the public. :0074

Not trying to single you out, TeeMo. I just find it funny how often someone will start one of these threads that is totally inaccurate just because they see a lot of people on this site betting one way. I am just trying to get folks to realize that the way handicappers are betting on Madjack does not always reflect who the public is backing. :0008

Ok.....well you are singling me out......but I could care less about that. All I was referring to was the people that I had talked to. How does that make my thread "totally innacurate" ? You don't know my resources or whom I had been speaking with. I didn't mention anything about Joe Public or the people on Madjacks. It was a simple thread with a simple question. To refer to me as clueless is a little fucking arrogant and out of line bro......

Bottom line is this: If you thought that "everyone and their uncle" was backing the Ravens last night, you were clueless in that scenario. Doesn't mean you are clueless all the time. Pardon me for trying to help.
