one guys plays at another board and after tonight losing on Air Force he is down 25 units in NCAA football for the season and thats with a 7-10 unit fudge factor in his record. In the last week he has went 2-12 in college football and of his losses the closest play he had was 15 points. Has anyone ever had a streak like this?

I went 6-16 last weekend:( , put me out of the game for a while. My advice to someone who is real cold is to take some time off maybe only a week. Sometimes when you try to hard nothing goes your way.

got to say that I agree Dizzy, while everyone has a cold streak for say one week, but when your absolutely getting crushed liek this guy it's best to take some time off and check out what you are doing wrong and if it continues it's best to just stop gambling period.

that name gman sounds familiar. he has been in here i think. I would suggest he cut down his number of games dramatically.

Just pick one best game and

I've been on stretches where I couldn't find my ass with both hands.
Since I've been lurking on MadJacks, my luck has changed. I actually had a winning year last year and so far this year I've more than tripled my opening account! :D
I follow a handfull of handicappers here and add a little of my own gut feelings and it seems to work...knock on wood. I don't bet a lot of games...maybe 4 or 5 on Sat and maybe 3 or 4 on Sunday. I also play a handful of parlays: round-robins, and multiple teams for smaller outlays. So far this week I hit CSU and TCU straight up and have them both tied in with parlays with my best bets on Sat. I hesitate to post my picks. I don't want to black cat myself. The rare times that I have posted, I got whacked.

Thanks to MadJacks, I'm a new man!!! :thumb:

O.K. Jack. You can buy me dinner at UNO's for my ringing endorsement. :D ;) :)

I heard that one well known guy in Vegas who won a big contest or two actually had a 27 bet losing streak a few years back. If you think about it, that's more unlikely than a pitcher pitching a perfect game.

Been doing this over 35 years. Have seen 0 & 10 many times. Have also seen 10 & 0 many times. It's the middle you have to manage. Also money management can help you stay a live. What
i hate to see. Folks with little thought or capping of agame go nuts with the name they call it. You know 25 star, Or GOY, Biggest GOY. What ever. That chit i have seen hurt more people then going 0 & 10.

LOL taoist!

Hope I taught gibber a few things about fading the public, but I'll take no credit. gibber works hard and has learned well enough on his own.

I have seen that guy post before on other boards, I just take his post with a grain of salt. He has been a major basher on many boards, following his plays in football is suicide. Someone gave me sound advice earlier this year, follow the handicappers at madjacks they are the best and ignore the rest!
