Out of these 15 year old parents and their babies, how many wish they were dead? Nobody wishes their kids were aborted after they are born. The only regret tends to be for having an abortion.
Since when did struggling become such a bad thing? People have struggled since the country came to be. It wasn't always looked down upon so much.
15 year old parents - well, they usually have parents of their own who help raise the kid. They also often put their kid up for adoption - nothing wrong with that. Sure, some end up making the kids orphans or struggle with no education and the kid already has 2 strikes against em as they try and grow up. But again - that's life and it doesn't stop people from striving toward their goals. It definitely doesn't stop anyone from growing up, getting a job, falling in love, enjoying the free things that come with just being alive, and ultimately reaching for something more.
We just can't decide who has no chance, because everyone has a chance imo. I'll never lose that idealism and hope the country as a whole doesn't either.
