The right-hander, whom the Rays acquired after two seasons with Minnesota, yielded five runs, six hits and walked two in 5 1-3 innings of a 9-6 loss at Baltimore.

Garza is 1-1 with a 9.64 ERA in two starts, both last season against the mariners.

Bedard is 10-3 with a 2.94 ERA in 19 career appearances versus the Rays.

He is going to step up for the mariners and stop this losing streak for them.

the dodgers hit LHP usually well. they are coming from a loss and Chad has a 4-0 lifetime record against Arizona.

his is going to be a pretty emotional oting for Davis, because he is going to be operated on thursday from cancer.

I wish him well on his recovery but not tonight against the dodgers.
