MINNESOTA TWINS +110 - The Twins continue to get no respect, being installed as a home underdog in this spot. Minnesota is now 55-28 at home this year including playoffs, and they edged Anaheim 5-4 in the season series. Like most of his team, Joe Mays has performed much better at home than on the road. In fact, Mays has been downright brilliant in his last 4 home starts, going 3-1 with a 1.27 ERA and a fantastic 0.99 WHIP. The last time he faced the Angels, he tossed a Complete Game 5-hit shutout at Anaheim. Appier may be 8-4 on the road this year, but he has a high 4.20 ERA away from home, allowing a rather hefty OBA of .272. The scrappy Twins lineup always gives Appier fits, as he has a 6.14 ERA and a very high 1.95 WHIP in his last 4 starts vs. Minnesota, all of them losses. Finally, the Twins are one of the few teams in the AL against whom the Anaheim bullpen does not hold a significant advantage, adding still some more value to the Twins as a home underdog.

I have to disagree on not having an advantage in the bullpen as Troy Percival hasn't allowed an earned run in 35 innings against Minnesota.

Angels need a lead in order to use Percival. Bad assumption :nono:

I wanna see a sign in the stands that says "Hey Bud, contract this :moon: "
