Anyone else have a bad temper? What have you done to help you? I try to count to ten before I respond and sometimes that does not work. Any other things to try?

never tried it :shrug: a few beers always takes the edge off, but I need ways to do it sober, here lately its been happening more often than in my past. I have a short fuse right now
