annoying pop up

everything is frozen

so i have to ctrl alt/delete

to get to task and end the pop up

but this same popup comes again i a few minutes

annoying

how do i get this to stop

Do a hard boot up of your system not just a Crtl/Alt Del.

Hard boot is clicking start, turn off computer and re-tart. A soft boot is a control, alt, delete, re-start.
