Prusek and Giguere are the starters for tonights game in goal.
Ducks won't arrive in Ott. until the wee hours of the morning. Sens play a wide open game with the Western Conference teams and tend to go over the total. Hnidy is the only injury for the Sens.

I will be back later with more info. Still, get on this play early.

The Ducks did not get into Ott. until 2am. They did not take a morning skate. Draw your own conclusion. The one thing I did notice about the Ducks last night was that when they got up 3-0 they sat on that lead knowing they had the Sens on tap. I am a bit weary playing the Sens tonight to win. Then again, an average game by them and they can still beat a fair amount of teams. The over looks better and better. Each team is good for 3 goals.

horns...colorado has been terrible at home this year ...everyone keeps waiting for this team to "round into shape" ....ROY just doesnt look the same ..maybe its a lack of focus or a lack of defensive discipline but he has looked horrible at times this year....now this is a rivalry and surely col will be up for this game...but i think detroit will be ready to roll tonight as well...looks like they took the 2nd and third periods off last night and just went through the motions...trendwise wings are in a good spot after a loss....and they have a good record playing at colorado...joseph sat last night so he should be sharp...but his numbers vs. col are not that impressive...im looking at the over


should be a good game?

Horns have a feeling you will get 4 or more from the Sens tonight- good luck with the over it will probably hit for you:D

I still do not think this is the same Lanche team that one the cup two years ago- I personally would not touch either team tonight but I do think there will be at least 5 goals in this one:shrug:

Still working on the final plays. Although I think Vegas is trying to trap me into taking the Wings, I just don't see enough reasons to back the Avs tonite. The Avs' recent play doesn't warrant being such a big fav over the Wings, even if it's 3/4, 4/6 for them. Roy is just not himself this year, the offense can't produce consistently, the defense is also porous. PP and PK are just horrific. Col also is 0-4 this yr following 3 days or more rest. All this hype about this being a statement game for the Avs might just end up being a "no statement" game for them. Cujo didn't play last nite vs Chicago, so they're well aware of tonite's game. Plus last nite's game was a lot closer than the score indicates, I thought the refs swallowed the whistles on Chicago on a few plays, and Fedorov and Hull were turned away on a couple of breakaways. Thibault definitely has been a better goalie than Roy has been, and now the Wings are a dog?? JMHO.

Don't know if anyone noticed, I forgot to mention that Stevie Y travelled with the team for the 1st time this yr to Colorado, although he's not playing. Having a guy like that in the locker room and bench to root you on has got to be a boost, too.

Just got in from the game and sorry to anyone who coattailed my pick. Tough one, the bounces did not go our way and we have been fortunate on alot of nights getting the bounces. 3 posts and 2 short handed breakaways cost us that resulted in no goals. Taking Friday off and will be back at it Sat.
