Not sure yet? Dinner Saturday night is a given. She likes "La Dolce Vita" in Detroit, so I'll probably take her there. Other then that I'm clueless.
Any good theater in town? Maybe a swanky little blues club. They are always fun.

We do have blues and jazz joints around town, that might work.

I do like a good blues joint after a nice dinner. It just seems better when you're all dressed up. In a good mood etc....
The girl seems to tuck in a bit tighter.

I am a big fan of Cie though. He's as solid of a man, father, and friend as they come.
Dinner, drinks and music is the perfect date night.
I never post in a CIE thread, oh wait he hardly ever has one. But he does like following me around with negative comments, that's OK, he's on ignore.

Love them, you can always google them in your local area. Another tip that I use is to google the singer or band to see how good they are. We have been to quite a few of them in DC, and there are some real decent ones. I always jump at the chance to go to one with a good act, even if it is going to mean an expensive night out.

The Motor city is full of rock, blues and jazz joints, always a great night out. Google Baker's Keyboard Lounge, great spot.
