to summarize the chapter it basically gives instructions about leaving the scene of the accident & averting attention away from the cause....
patrick is a wimp.....he thinks & is probably right that if he goes to rehab people will feel sorry for him.....
lets see now....
teddy's legacy....
drove his 1st wife to drink...not to mention the times he cheated on her....
probably taught his nephew how to cover up a rape.....
his son is now a pill popping drunk who has followed in daddy's footsteps.....
i'm sure that the capital police were intimidated by the kennedy name.....
the people of mass. & r.i. must be proud of their reps.....& i'm sure that they both will get re-nominated......pathetic !!
