damn straight I dismiss it, ILLEGAL immigrants broke/break the law and deserve ZERO due process.....you can't equate the rights of an ILLEGAL to that of a natural born American citizen. The only thing an ILLEGAL deserves is a one-way ticket to wherever it is they came from.
