I bet I could start an IV in that guy!! They could just give him some oral sedation first too like a big dose of Valium or any number of oral or IM medications. People who have poor veins have to get IVs started every day. It sucks, but it's certainly not cruel and unusual, so suck on that, fat bastard. :0008

Here's the question I have. Why in the hell does it take 30 years to carry out a death sentence? What are we waiting on?

Also, the other Washington case mentioned that hanging was considered cruel and unusual bc the heavy inmate might be decapitated. Sounds like a quick and humane death to me? How could it be any quicker and less painful?? You're pretty much dead as soon as your head gets ripped off, right?:shrug:

I am not against it, just find it odd...

I say child rapist should be put on that list too...if u molest a child, you die....I have far greater issues with child molesters then I do with any other criminals...
