I don't know who said that our taxes help pay for those with out health care. But that is wrong. You pay with higher charges from the hospital and your insurance premium. The 260 million of us with covearage pay for the 47 million with out. The problem last 6 years that number keeps growing. It was 44.5 million in 02. And it shows in how high our charges went up last few years.

Overseas meaning alot of Europe have already showed how to do things with healthcare,vacation,sick time,etc.
