same situation here, lived with 2 roomates played Div 1 fb for the huskers, one went pro for one season w/the chiefs and got cut. All I did was drink in college too...lol.

A good friend of mine that is currently working for me played Div 1 I believe.
He kinda like Ignatouski (Taxi)
He got a free ride for school
met large quantities of beer
lived it up, dropped out after one year, and hasn't stopped living it up
I've seen football and wrestling photos from when he was younger. The man was a terror. Now he is something of a bust-out. Good guy though. 45 going on 15.

I swam the 200 yd IM back in high school...Sucked pretty bad, but did just enough to letter. Mainly played soccer until I blew my right knee out (terrible triad for those who know about orthpedic surgeries). Wasn't all that bad and played select through college. But then once I had settled down with a good job, hitched up, and had kids, I was like yeast - just add water, stir, and watch me rise...Took a while to get back in shape, but no where near what I was before. The older one gets, the harder it is to get back in shape; at least for me...
I did go to high school and college with a Big Twelve Player of the week (Linebacker for Mizzou football) and am friends with a golfer who's trying to make the pro card...
