Scooter Case here in Texas.

Some doctor has been prescribing 90-100 scooters for old people PER DAY in the last few months. Medicaid is paying for this. Just so happens, the SCOOTER company and the doctor are real friendly. Hmmmmmmmm........

Now The TMB (Texas Medical Board) would obviously like to take this guy's license away to practive medicine. Question is, why can't they? Well, they will be countersued!!!!

And who would this lawyer for the accused crook NOT want on the jury?????

Yep you guessed it, fellow doctors. He wants people who he can blind the truth from!!! And guess what? He will get them. So why would the TMB even try to get rid of this guy paying court fees, lawyer fees, etc. etc. when justice won't even occur? When the accused will NOT get a trial by his peers? Where the lawyer and the judge are way to friendly? It will just contribute towards this $$ eating cycle and further raise the costs of health care.

...so I suppose that you would get a jury of 12 Nascar drivers to sit on the jury for Gordon's divorce? ...or better yet, let's get 12 NBA players to sit on Kobe's jury.... like i said, just stick to medicine and complaining because you seem to be very adept at that.

Let's see, we can get CEO's of Tyco, MCI, maybe Martha Stewart, etc.

Or? Ford as the Defendant on the Pinto case. We can get CEO's of GM, Chrysler, Toyota, etc.

Ah yes, McDonalds coffee case. Burger King CEO, Wendys CEO (oops Dave Thomas is dead, oh well doesnt matter anyway) etc.

How bout OJ. We can get Jim Brown, Larry Csonka, the executor of the estate of Walter Payton, etc.

Unless he obtained a doctorate from a directional school, I cannot believe any institution of higher learning would allow Mr. Freeze to earn a doctoral degree. This mans intelligence quotient rivals that of Jessica Simpson and Lisa Guerero.

business men and women for cases involving accounting fraud, unethical business practice, whatever

doctors for doctors

anyone for domestic problems

when in doubt, use common sense....my point is a jury should be composed of one's peers.....a bum off the street isn't my peer in medicine (although some of you may think that)....i am not one of ken lay's peer's in business
