it mentions
cylinder number 6 misfire detected

ok...what can i do to correct this problem before i bring it to the shop?

i have 130,000 kms on it
cahnged the oli a few weeks ago as well as the air filter and fuel filter

did reset, cleared the code,,and after 20 minutes of driving,,it did come back, this time the engine light was blinking

That is never good. You should NEVER drive your vehicle when the light blinks!
