that is our last rsort, no-one in vegas will work up a party of 80-100 9 months in advance trust me I have tried and jerri told me that, only reason i was able to do it at sunset was because i had pull at one time, but it will be aug till someone of the 5 bids i sent out will respond back, that is just how the stuff goes out here, yes we spend good money but no we are not a convention of 1,000 + so we are not going to be spoon fed and it will take a lot of leg work by me and calls from jerri, i will pull it off but it just won't be knowen till aug which is still 6 months away from the party, things don't work like that out here i had a in and that was different, it is not like we are comdex or ces, gmac shit like that. If it gets real tough jerri will book it i am sure at the aladdin but really don't want to mix family with a party, I will take all the shit insted of half of what i got the last 3 years at sunset from bob and other pricks and i really don't want to be in that position, i live with her, so it will be aug. till i get bids back, pounding owleans and excaliber jerri best friend is dir ov conv there would rather go through him then deal with Jerri. lot of hoops have to be jumped through this year, and with the date makes it just one more. and it has to be called a madjacks footballl bash this year even though it is privite because we would have to pay tv rights because we are still charging to pay for party, lot of shit you guys can not evn think goes into this, i am doing my best and we will be fine just have to wait till 5 to 6 months out is all, and there is lot more to deal with then just the convention people, hell i have to deal with about 5 different sets of people inside and outside, and jack deals with the off-shore books and shirts and mugs, this is lot of work not just throwen together in 1 week, doing my best.

My opinion on this if it matters is .............although I have been known to say the best vacation in the world for me is a place that I only have to decide on where I am planting myself on the beach , where I am going to dine that evening and what casino/club I am going to hit that night..................I think moving it somewhere else other than VEGAS would be a big mistake. No problem, man. It will all work out fine, but we should just settle on Vegas and let people make their plans. Atlantis has a lot of problems for this party and it doesn't matter what hotel we have it at in Vegas regards to people at least making airplane reservations and for a lot of people their hotel reservations.

It is going to be in vegas was on phone with orleans yesterday 3 times and they are trying to see if they can give us a price and book it even though they don't do parties till 5 months out, i told her really needed to get this done and Carol said she would go to her gm and see if she could send out a bid if not it is wait till aug but we will be in vegas just don't know where yet. so that should help some think date is feb 6th or 7th this year for game.
