And... today ain't my day either DT. I RARELY go overboard but that BIG, FAT bankaroo I got from the huge hit last week tempted me to do that in the 3rd race today. Went for almost a C note ($100) on my bestest bet of the MONTH. Twenty dollars of it was for Show too.
Bastage finished in the EXACT same spot your picks did today, DT..... flookin FOURTH. Tellya, my standard way of doing things is the only way I can make it happen in this tough sport to beat... bet small and win BIG! My bestest bets have done miserably in the past as well. That horse had everything going for her except the inside post in a short sprint (better to start from mid pack or the outside).
Well, now that the forum is full with the 3 of us... I only had one other playable race for today, the 9th.
