If anyone is interested, by rule, Since Cubs had an at bat on the 7th inning, Pirates have to have a chance to bat, if Pirates don't score in this inning, more than likely, the game will be called.

Well, I have to call Bullshit on something here. Oly just graded it as a loss in my parlay. Says the final score was Pitt 5-2.

Does the game get called by the score after 5 innings? If so, wtf is that about?

Here are the rules according to OLY:

A baseball game becomes official for moneyline wagering purposes after 4 1/2 innings if home team is winning, or 5 innings if visiting team is winning.
If a game is cancelled or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called).
Money will be refunded if the home team ties the game, and the game is then suspended.
Events do not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified).
For runlines and game totals (over/under), a baseball game becomes official after 8 1/2 innings if home team is winning, or 9 innings if visiting team is winning.

Not sure how that gives me a loss on the Cubs.

Guess by rule, I dont get the 4 runs the cubs scored in the top of the inning cause the game is suspended? That seems like a joke to me:nono:

had the cubs in a couple throwaway parlays that actually can still hit if the cubs hang on.

WSEX in my pending wagers graded it as a loss. I called them up and they said they would fix it in 5 minutes. They did it in 2.

Whatever happens when they resume tomorrow is how they will grade it.

I can 100 percent guarantee that OLY will do the same thing. Just call them. That book is NOT trying to screw you over. Give em a call and they will fix it.

Not saying that they're trying to keep my $5, but the rule reads funny. Thanks for the help. Oly has been fair in the past, jus that the rule doesnt make sense as written.

that's exactly how it gives you a loss. i'm really surprised by that rule they have. i've never played bases there with their lines, but thats odd.

i guess it never hurts to call, but thats a weird rule they have.

I dont get that either. If the game is going to be played the next day, then the bet should be carried over as well.

Crappy thing is, Cubs fight back to take the lead and then it is nullified for me cause the Bucs couldnt finish the inning? I will have to strongly consider moving where I play. I like Oly a lot, but that is a ding dong rule if that's how its gonna be.
