Have been using medtronic pumps for 20+ years, time to change, any suggestions? Way to many choices out there now.

I don't take insulin, but there is a new product available on the market now call afrezza, which is a fast-acting inhalable insulin. I only know about it because I dabbled for a short while with the biotech stock that invented the product. I'm not sure what conditions you would have to meet for your doctor to prescribe it (no asthma or history of breathing problems I imagine), but it seems a whole lot better than pricking yourself.

Don't have one but have taken care of several patients with them. Drawback is IV u aren't alert and able to manage, they can be problematic, and a lot of physicians do not know how to manage (nowadays your regular doctor rarely cares for u at the hospital). I have no suggestions on brands. Hope u have good success with your new one!
