btw, dark night of the soul thoughts would be welcome. I think I'm looking for the opposite but I'm probably missing something. Opposite of dark night, not the welcome thoughts. Opposite of the Dark Knight being either akin to ego-death or some kind of Joker.

Speaking of good tracks by bands in lieu of their full compliment, this next one saved me one time, years back, while shuffling through the grocery store during a really stressful day.
1974. Bought this as used vinyl. Whole disc cool but this closer kills. Looking up now and he was in a bunch of groups--Mama Lion and maybe Heavy Cruiser are known--and from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Northern America. No memory cues suggesting I once knew that and forgot. Trippy dark rocker.
