That last track once worked. At least short.

I rolled a semi-normal joint. I wish there'd been a college course.

These guys are a worthy spin by DJ B.

USA TN. A cello in there "for an extra dose of melancholy", as one fellow internaut puts it. Two guitars, bass, and drums, so all good.

Barbet Schroeder (Barfly, Single White Female, etc; great first name, btw) had Pink Floyd do the soundtrack to two of his early films. First was 1969's More and was the first disc strictly with the band proper, as I revere it. People hot for Syd Barrett are sentimental either for controversy or shitty drugs.

Some negotiable instrumentals from same (Gilmour, Mason), while the last--The Nile Song--is their closest foray into proto-punk territory.

That disc has un-grown on me. Staled? Decayed? La Vallee was Barbet's 2nd film with Pink Floyd, with Floyd's work released as Obscured by Clouds (both 1972). I think that both films are up on yourtube but I couldn't survive. Maybe you have better drugs. Musically much more meritable than More, imo.

First of day was "Entourage-hybrid." Very mild. Sort of like a weak cup of coffee. Good for a tease. --inappropriate joke deleted--

I should watch game 7. NBA not my cup of tea but looking at two months or horror-show television viewing ahead. Mildly pullin' for Pacers as Siakam former Raptor. 7.5 looks high to me because I have no clue. Looks higher than I do in the mirror, anyways. I want to spark again outside that sun appears to be getting nearer.

Questions sure seem more valuable than answers, but I keep wanting the latter.

Going to indulge myself in multiple cups of tea not mine, besides NBA. I've given the sun 30 minutes and I'm not warning it again.

First is allegedly on some Rolling Stones 500 list of "The Songs That Shaped Rock and Roll". wikiped claims, but no accompanying link that I can find. Allegedly 660 songs listed. Must be different from their top 500 list, I imagine.

Rock and Roll hall of fame's website--where list allegedly available--functions about as well as some of those fly-by-night sportsbooks from 90's. Apparently not originally listed in order anyways, found a site that lists them alphabetically. They keep adding to it and this is source says 2020, and you know my golf game. Second link appears to be a youtjob playlist with the songs again alphabetically.

Trying to plan my next vacation. Considering Tool's most recent disc as they insist on psychedelia in their later years. Not sure on timing. This is the opening track. Second track Pneuma, posted early, does same mellow tease before rattling the toolbox.

I think I'll want to peak with something a little more comforting. Maybe save the Tool for the next bender or something. Speaking of anyone still drinking on this almost-Monday-everywhere, I noticed one key Tool song I missed, but noticed such in past 22 days or so--my present length of sobriety--and have been holding back. To Sunday night booze-festing wherever such might be!

1993 first full-length Undertow. Is that old? I can't tell anymore.

There are multiple extended studio versions of this and Strip the Soul, the latter of which is like a 16-minute trip-fest but I can't find it via white-area means. I think its a bootleg. Never found it lossless. 7-min studio track of both will have to do, with Strip performed earlier.
