Watching wk2 '21 Chiefs@Ravens and they were playing this in stadium (Q1, post Mathieu pick-6). Maple Leafs ain't playing so I'm safe. Goofy how they would play a decent song when the Leafs got scored on and some lame-assed shit when the home team scored (Hall & LOates, I believe (fuck the typo), my memory isn't suffering which or what song).

Hands Down

Was outside chillin' a bit on a comfy chair with a nice breeze when this queued up in the headphones. I was relaxing after having finalized a transaction for video evidence of Leviathan fucking with me for a thought police transgression. The battle rages on. This song is about that and much more. Harmoniously congruent. Sublime.

Like any twisted soul, I'm fascinated by the mysteries of the universe from the micro to the macro, but the stuff that I could least wrap my head around is other people, for me summed up in this song quite well, including,
what's confusing you Is just the nature of my game

Less puzzling is the moniker Lucifer thrown in for misdirection, as the attribution is merely just our human way of rationalizing.
So if you meet me, have some courtesy
Have some sympathy, and some taste

From my limited understanding of matters, we all end up meeting me--him, her, or otherwise. Sometimes courtesy is neglected. Sometimes it's just a matter of taste.

Our Bibles are still being reinterpreted endlessly.
Round holes and square pegs.

I have a hypothesis that the majority of rock artists with >3.5 full length releases--as in more than 50% of them--have a song with the word "Mountain" in the title.

-you really need to be patient through the 1st 90 seconds of that one, imo

If you're curious (I was), I've played 9 songs--not including any from last 2 days or so--with "Mountain" in the title, not including 1 usage of Mountainside. Out of 2,037 or some silly total.

These guys don't have to worry about it.

I like the Blue Jays to rake tonight. Dome probably closed but, if open, there are strong winds around today and one site claims out to center / right-center. Ball will travel fine if closed. Berrios can be hit and Cubs can certainly hit, though looks like some low-scoring outputs lately. Before Ben Brown was scratched, I dug Blue Jays -117 and over9 -111 (with a temptation for Jays -1.5 +169), and like it more fading Javier Assad.
Blue Jays -123 / over9 -106 <+252>
Blue Jays -1.5 +162

Blue Jays ov4.5 -106 looks solid, as well, but who wants 94 cents on the dollar?

I'm spent on money / greedy songs. Help me out.

I was going to pretend to witty with something that included "my patience is a Virgo", but my short-term memory is under fire, presently. My googly provides no answers:

ex: popular criticisms of Virgo's

machina: Their high expectations and sharp analytical skills make them natural critics. While they do not always mean to hurt people, their blunt words and constant corrections can come across as harsh sometimes. Their perfectionist tendencies can also lead them to miss out on good opportunities.

ex nihilo: nevermind

Was I hallucinating the Nabokov child?
Perhaps choosing Ignorance, at this time, is viable.
Black and white and blondes all over.
Think I already covered my error with the post-hottie sex therapist from the Cayman Islands. Brought new meaning to the phrase "low-hanging fruit."

Easy W. Over looked good and Jays would have had it themselves if cleanup man Barger had had half a clue. I blame Lucifer.

Sometime back, before time began, I'd been trying to create a playlist with some of the best songs about friendship. This one missed my radar.

AI Overview

In Gordon Lightfoot's song "Rainy Day People," the term refers to kind, understanding, and loyal friends who offer support during difficult times. They are the people who stick by you when you're feeling down or facing hardships, offering comfort and a listening ear. The song highlights the importance of these relationships, emphasizing that true friendship isn't just about good times, but also about being there during life's storms.
