Hoping for a reset or who knows what, but after being awake for a few hours, well into coffee and shortly after an early fresh air puff with some still low sun, I popped myself 100mg MDMA, just for shits and giggles if nothing else. Was thinking who I could call to weekend tie one on, which would probably involve getting drunk and maybe sick. The psych was me taking it easy. Like 8:55am, right as I posted some tune way back. Was fine. Very mild. Caffeine didn't interfere like my last shroom oops, maybe 2 weeks ago now. Need something more intense. Anybody know how to make Ayahuasca? I can get the DMT.

Tom Brady? Are you kidding me? (get it)
Anyways, Mahomes finally lost a playoff game since Brady threw his last pass, Wild Card vs Cowboys, a week before Mahomes' turf toe vs Jaguars, which still couldn't stop them. Since Brady last threw, Mahomes is now 9-1, only winning 2 Super Bowls.

What did you expect?
Brady was kryptonite. Mahomes 1st NFL loss was vs Brady, his 1st playoff loss was vs Brady, and his 1st Super Bowl loss was vs Brady.

Chiefs were one bad half--against the Bengals--away from having gone to 6 straight Super Bowls.

100
justice is wasted

Probably the highlight off one of my favorite discs, with a more existential theme rather than the romancy namby-pamby associated with so many formidable artists, but can be tiresome to old and (especially) young yours truly's. David Gilmour's style, for me, is a prime component of Pink Floyd's masterpieces, and his solo near the middle of this song--lasting a brief but fulfilling 90 seconds--is arguably my favorite of its kind. Trippy drum intro by Nick Mason also a highlight. Love this track. Love long time.

Too burnt out to do it justice. Get the disc and support the artists' present greedy benefactors. Better yet, st*al it. The artists' have lots of food to throw at their families, word is. Roger Waters needs a shoe--not food--thrown at him.

Tomorrow doesn't count as the future. Tomorrow will be fine.

I think I want one of these 2 in a 100 x 100 artists instrumental list. If I can remember how to turn back on my touchscreen, I'm going to play that game. Doobie #its been a long day, Girl Scout Cookies, will help survival. For two songs, at least. All I want.

Kick-off has been gloomy-happy new year's for a few calendars, now.
I confess that was a lot of fun, mother nature notwithstanding.

All the world's a metaphorical stage. And, I'll submit one more for any gambling playlists that might be attempted. I have no clue what the intention was, but the irony was perfect. I'm all-in on you can't live and learn once you're dead.

Cheers

Thought I'd found my mind. Lose the shoes.
Played Pixies cover, but a good Sundae requires a coating of Fudge.
ESPN pod made fuss about Virginia Tech playing Sandman, but not played here. Am I Evil too.
Also temptation for some Monkey3, and this one is like my September in that is starts somewhat interesting but shortly gets very chaotic.

Can I get a bigger circle? There are six Pink Floyd chicks. Atom Heart Mother and Animals are obscured by cleavage.

correction, btw

AI Overview

No, the Pixies' song "Where Is My Mind?" is not a cover of a Vanilla Fudge song; rather, it is an original song by the Pixies that shares its title with a less-known, 1968 deep cut by Vanilla Fudge, who were also known for their covers.

Key Points:
  • Pixies' song: "Where Is My Mind?" is an original song by the Pixies, released in 1988.

  • Vanilla Fudge's song: Vanilla Fudge did have a song titled "Where Is My Mind?".

  • Confusion: The similarity in title can lead to confusion, but the Pixies' song is not a cover.

  • Influence: While the Pixies' song isn't a cover, it's noted that it shared a spirit with the Vanilla Fudge deep cut, which was itself a cover of "Where Is My Mind" by The Beatles. The Pixies' version features an original composition with a unique sound, unlike many covers.

p.s.
I can't find shit about The Beatles doing any song titled "Where is My Mind."
Vanilla Fudge did lots of Beatles covers, but this appears fantasy.
AI goes funky on music and sports topics, I've noticed. Oh well. Drones on.

==+==

Fuck AI. discogs site gives credits thusly, for track (Mark Stein, of Vanilla Fudge):
Where Is My Mind
Written-By – Stein*
discogs.com/release/6112103-Vanilla-Fudge-The-Complete-Atco-Singles-

Black Francis (real name Charles Michael Kittridge Thompson IV) wrote the Pixies track.
He's a member of Pixies (no The needed, apparently) by the way. Go figure.
